- High resilience, with >99% availability depending on SLA, is delivered through multi-availability zones, replication, load balancing and container orchestration such as Kubernetes
- Gateway latency is below 10ms and average request processing below 50ms
- Vertical and horizontal auto-scaling are built-in and allow the platform to react to any load demand
- Regular performance testing are performed like volume and load, stress, failover
