TEMS Logo

TEMS, the Trusted European Media data Space, is the flagship European initiative to build a resilient data-driven ecosystem in the media sector for the future of the Cultural and Creative Industry.

TEMS is relying on a consortium gathering 43 organizations, representing hundreds of stakeholders from 14 countries in the cultural & creative sectors, which aims to conceive and implement a common media data space across Europe favoring the economic development and future growth of local and regional media ecosystems. Concretely, TEMS will lead the way for the large-scale deployment of cutting-edge services, infrastructures, and platforms, help the digital transformation and improve the competitiveness of the European media industry.

TEMS will also address fighting misinformation, audience analysis, improving data flows in production chains, and supporting the adoption of AI and Virtual Reality technologies

TEMS Objectives:

    • Develop a safe and reliable data space for media related companies
    • Speed up the digital transformation and boost the competitiveness of European media industry
    • Facilitate the establishment of new digital alliances between media companies to access and manage data
    • Help media companies fight against disinformation and improve their audience analysis approach
    • Fulfil the obligations of media companies regarding public information, entertainment, and education
